4. Rescheduled or Postponed Events
If an event is rescheduled or postponed, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. Refunds will only be offered if the event organizer cancels the event completely and does not provide a rescheduled date.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting 8o8 first may result in a ban from future purchases on our platform. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact our support team for assistance.
